How to add agreements before viewing documents or data rooms


Require viewers to accept terms, NDAs, or other agreements before access.


Adding Agreements


  • Open document or data room settings
  • 2. Go to "Security" or "Agreements"

    3. Click "Add Agreement"

    4. Upload agreement document or use template

    5. Configure:

    - Agreement type (NDA, Terms, etc.)

    - Required for all viewers

    - Acceptance tracking

    6. Save
