How to create an allow list in DoQshare


Control who can access your documents by creating an allow list of approved domains.


Creating Allow List


  • Open your document settings
  • 2. Go to "Permissions" or "Access Control"

    3. Click "Allow List"

    4. Add email domains:

    - company.com

    - partner.com

    - client.com

    5. Save changes


    How It Works


  • Only emails from listed domains can access
  • Other domains are automatically blocked
  • Viewers see access denied message
